My Buddy

Landon was playing with me and my hat. He looked especially cute, so I had to take a picture. He looks a lot like me, chubby cheeks, gut, a little clumsy, and generally happy.

In other news, I have lost 2 inches in circumference -- around my belly. Only another 25 more and I should be good for washing laundry on my new washboard abs... Well, its worth wishing.

So far I am up to 18 days of riding to work and around 65 miles behind me. It is getting much easier. When I first started, I rode on the "easiest" gear most the time, and now I only usually shift down to 3-4 from the hardest pedaling. Only time will tell, but I think it is going well.
