With the help of Hobby Lobby and Home Depot, Diana and I made this for her mom. The board was from Home Depot, and painted with cream enamel, then painted over the top with gold, then wiped off for a "glazed" effect. Then we attached the letters and word with wood screws. I think it turned out quite nice.
