Farmilee Reunion

This year was the first of (hopefully) many D&D Lee Family Reunions. We themed ours, the Farmilee Reunion, and set up activities based on living on a farm.
We went to the LDS Church History Museum and as you can see, my children would have made great pioneers. It was roughly 30 seconds before they complained.

We saw the farm animals at our friends the Blackhurst's Farm. They had chickens, calves, cows, and horses. The little girls were in Seventh Heaven to actually get to pet the horse. Over and over and over.

The obligatory family picture was taken

Becca watched her cousins run to and fro for 3 solid days

Five (four pictured) girls donated their hair to Locks of Love

Sparklers were played with...

despite the rain.

Fireworks were lit...

Causing LOTS of smoke to go with the Ooh's and Ahh's

We went to Thanksgiving Point

The kids enjoyed it thoroughly

And topped it off with an UN birthday party for everyone!
Thanks to ALL those who came when they could and spent time with the family.

  2. What a great idea for a family, (or should I say Farmilee?) reunion! It's brilliant! I love the way you tell your story through your pictures. Great post and a great contribution to my Crowning Moments! hop. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
